The city triathlon in Erding and the Inferno Triathlon have been partner events since 2017. Both events look back on a long history, are organised on a voluntary basis and are characterised by a high level of planning and organisation.

The South Tyrolean triathlon of the superlatives
An alpine race as unique and eventful as the INFERNO! The Ötzi Alpine Marathon is divided into 3 sections. The first 24.2 km and 1,538 elevation meters are to be overcome by mountain bike, followed by the 11.3 km run (495 elevation meters) before touring skis take you 6.7 km up to 3,212 m.a.s.l. to the finish line at the top station of the Schnals Valley glacier cable cars on the Grawand.
